HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

TRACK YOUR ORDER FROM ORDER HISTORY

1. Login to TrackingMe
2. Go to Order History (from dropdown menu)
3. You can track orders with 'Order Shipped' or 'Partially Shipped' status
4. Click on Order Number
5. Click on SHIPMENT DETAILS (At the bottom of the page)
6. Click on tracking number 'XXXXXXXXXX' will take you to the Courier's website with delivery updates on your package.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• A single order may have more than one tracking number if the order was split into separate packages due to product availability
• Orders showing 'In Progress' are still being processed by our warehouse team and have not yet left our warehouse. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information. Order History Product Item Statuses Explained.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Track your order with CouriersPlease:

1. You will receive a ship confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include a tracking number for your order/backorder and a courier link "https://www.couriersplease.com.au/tools-track".
2. To track your order, select the link from the confirmation email or click here.
3. On the Couriers website, simply enter your tracking number (e.g. CPAQORZ0000200) in the Track field and click the arrow.

Track your order with Toll:

1. You will receive a ship confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include a tracking number for your order/backorder and a courier link.
2. To track your order, select the link from the confirmation email or click here.
3. On the Toll website, simply enter your tracking number (e.g. 6587240101884) in the box and click "Search".

 

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Track your order with Post Haste:

1. You will receive a ship confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include a tracking number for your order/backorder and a courier link.
2. To track your order, select the link from the confirmation email or click here.
3. On the Post Haste website, simply enter the account number and Consignment Number from your confirmation email (eg: 999965899 and 1234567890) and then click 'Track My Item'.
